These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and depo89. By registering or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.
1Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to depo89, an online entertainment platform dedicated to Malaysian players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the depo89.biz website and all related services.
By accessing or using the depo89 platform in any way — including registering a new account, making a deposit, playing games, or claiming any bonus — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. 2Member Eligibility
To register and use the platform depo89, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
Minimum Age Requirement of 18 Years. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. depo89 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, play, or conduct any financial transactions on our platform. Violation of this requirement will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances in the account.
Resident in Malaysia. The depo89 platform is designed exclusively for players residing in Malaysia. Users from other countries may be subject to restrictions under their local laws.
Individuals, Not Business Entities. A depo89 account may only be registered by an individual. Registration on behalf of a company, organisation, or any other entity is not permitted.
Not Blacklisted. You are not on any blacklist maintained by depo89 due to prior Terms violations, nor enrolled in any self-exclusion programme.
Not a depo89 Employee. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of depo89 employees are not eligible to register a player account or participate in any promotion.
3Account Registration
Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the platform depo89. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address.
Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility.
Identity Verification (KYC). depo89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national ID (MyKad), proof of address, and payment information. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.
Phone Number Verification. An active Malaysian mobile number is required for OTP verification during registration and to keep your account secure.
4Deposits & Payments
depo89 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian local payment methods only. Foreign or unrecognised payment methods are not accepted on our platform.

Official Currency. All transactions on depo89 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currencies are accepted.
Minimum Deposit Limit. The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. Maximum limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Account Holder Name. The name on the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits must match the registered name on your depo89 account. Deposits from third parties or accounts belonging to others are not accepted.
No Refunds. Once a deposit has been credited to your gaming account, no refund will be issued unless a technical error on depo89's part can be proven.
5Withdrawals
Depo89 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. All eligible withdrawal requests will be processed within the stated timeframe.
Processing Time. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay) are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX take 1–3 business days.
Minimum Withdrawal Limit. The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawal requests below this limit will not be processed.
KYC Verification Required. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may require identity verification (KYC) beforehand. This is standard procedure to safeguard your account.
Right to Suspend Withdrawals. depo89 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals while security checks are conducted, particularly where unusual account activity is detected. Funds will be released once the review is complete.
6Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by depo89 — including welcome bonuses, cashback, rebates, and special festive rewards such as Hari Raya — are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer.
Rollover / Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the respective promotion terms. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 5× wagering requirement means you must wager RM 500 before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
One Bonus Per Member. Each promotion is eligible for one (1) claim per account, per IP address, per device, and per mailing address. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
Bonus Expiry. Every bonus has its own validity period. Bonuses that are unused or wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
Bonus Cancellation Rights. depo89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of bonus system abuse, depo89 reserves the right to withdraw the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.
7Game Rules
The depo89 platform offers a wide range of games including online slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo), Sports Betting (EPL and Malaysia Super League football, badminton, e-sports), and other table games. Each game category has its own rules that must be followed.
Game Results Are Final. All game results generated by the depo89 system are final. Our slots and table games use an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure complete fairness.
Technical Disruption. In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, depo89 will use system logs to determine the outcome. Any bets confirmed prior to the disruption remain valid and binding.
Sports Betting. For Sports Betting on events such as the EPL, Malaysia Super League, and badminton, all bets are subject to depo89's detailed sports betting rules. In-Play bets are final once confirmed by the system.
8Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform depo89 and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary:
Identity Fraud. Registering using false information, another person's identity, or forged documents is a serious offence that may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Use of Bots or Automation. The use of automation software, bots, programmes, or any other technical means to play or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
Money Laundering. depo89 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in the prevention of money laundering. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Bug or Vulnerability Exploitation. Exploiting any technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or game bugs for personal gain is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
Collusion. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live table games, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9Account Suspension & Closure
Depo89 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons, without prior notice in cases of fraud or security threats:
Terms Violation. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate suspension. In cases of serious violations, the account will be permanently closed.
Account Closure on Request. You may request account closure at any time by contacting the depo89 support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete.
Inactive Account. Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 may be charged after this period.
10Privacy & Data Protection
Depo89 takes your privacy very seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Data Encryption. All personal data and financial information are stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. No sensitive information is stored in plain text.
No Data Sales. depo89 does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11Responsible Gaming
depo89 committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe gambling should remain a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. Our platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control:
Daily/Weekly Deposit Limits. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending. Contact our support team to set these limits.
Temporary Break (Cool-off). If you feel you need a break, you can request a temporary account suspension for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 months.
Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop completely may apply for permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, the account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened.

12Liability Limit
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, depo89 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including:
Service Disruption. Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end that result in interruptions during gameplay.
Financial Losses. Any financial losses incurred while using the platform are a risk assumed by the player. Gambling carries inherent risk, and staked funds may be lost in full.
13Amendments to Terms
Depo89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page and will show the most recent update date at the top of the document.
Notice of material changes will be sent to your registered email address or displayed as a notification within your account. Your continued use of the depo89 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
